When I first began care I had severe neck and head pain. My neck was always stiff. The stiffness had lasted for years, but the pain was incredibly severe in the four or five months before I started treatment. The pain was so bad that my arms would fall asleep. They would fall asleep at night when I was sleeping and during the day when I was driving. It got to the point where I was taking heavy-duty painkillers in order to ease the pain.

I had tried other types of treatments for my pain, but none of them ever gave me any relief. Since meeting Dr. Alff and receiving care, I have experienced unbelievable relief from my neck pain.
